Our Classes

Aerial Yoga (Beginner & Intermediate)

Focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance while allowing you to experience gentle inversions and stretches with the aid of gravity. Guided by an instructor, you’ll learn basic poses, safe transitions, and breathing techniques in a fun and supportive environment.
Beginner and Intermediate options available.

Aerial Pilates / Pilates Matwork

A low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and body control using just a (hammock for aerial pilates) mat, resistance band, blocks and other props. Through a series of precise, controlled movements and mindful breathing, you'll improve balance, stability, and muscle endurance while enhancing overall mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class helps build a strong foundation, reduce muscle tension, and leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned.

Aerial Spinning Dance

Combines the artistry of aerial movement with the excitement of graceful spins and flowing choreography using an aerial hammock. This class focuses on building strength, coordination, balance, and body awareness while learning elegant transitions, poses, and controlled spinning techniques. Suitable for beginners and experienced aerial enthusiasts alike, it offers a fun and creative full-body workout that boosts confidence and lets you experience the joy of dancing in the air.

Wheel Yoga

Uses a yoga wheel to deepen stretches, improve flexibility, and build core strength. This class focuses on opening the chest, shoulders, and back while enhancing balance and stability. The wheel provides support for deeper backbends, assists in challenging poses, and helps improve posture. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for those looking to increase mobility, relieve tension, and explore new ways to enhance their yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching and relaxation. Poses are held for an extended time (typically 3-5 minutes) to target the deeper connective tissues, improve flexibility, and enhance joint mobility. This class encourages mindfulness, breath awareness, and inner stillness, making it a perfect complement to more active yoga styles. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga helps release tension, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm and balance.

Hatha Yoga
